Title: Lemon-Grape Tea
Categories: Beverages
Yield: 2 Servings

1/2cWhite or Concord grape juice
1 1/2cLemon-flavored herb tea
  Lemon peel for garnish (opt)

Bring the grape juice to a boil in a saucepan over low heat. Stir the tea into the juice and pour this mixture into 2 cups. Garnish with a small slice of lemon peel, if desired.

Variation: for a Lemon-Apple Tea, substitute 1/2 cup apple juice for the grape juice. Proceed as above.

Note: this drink is also delicious served over ice, in which case you do not need to heat up the juice before mixing it with the tea.
